A Different Vantage Point on an Old Theme

Just wanted to see if you were watching…I can’t believe how Lucky I was on that day. Just one short block from my apartment.

Had my camera with me and the little gallery on the corner suspended the skirt on a wire and here is this guy looking up it with that image to his left. It was a ONE SHOT DEAL! If I didn’t capture that moment in time, it would have been lost forever, residing only in my memories…

    I must say, my recollection of you back in the mid ’80′s does not seem so far away as I can read the energy that I clearly recall existing in you back then… a truly intense and passionate soul w/ a bit of an elitist take on the ordinary… a humble value system built into your skull which seems, at times, a scholarly attribute involving an artistic criteria (which can teach the unsuspecting so much) and inspire those who think they’ve ‘seen it, heard it, done it all…’. What the heck, there’s still so much I don’t know, thanks for reminding me… it helps inspire the everlasting desire to rethink/focus on another one of my true passions and mesh early love of life w/ current matters of fact.
